Product preview

Four businesses, four different problems.

Pick one. The number changes, but so does the reason — and every fix says who could deal with it.

Choose a business

Healthy creative and steady pacing, held back by tracking gaps that make every other number less trustworthy than it looks.

61With Troy’s weights
61With yours — move a slider

Measurement carries the most weight because every other number depends on it. If you disagree, drag a slider and see what it changes.

What each dimension reads

All of it from read-only access. Nothing in your accounts is changed to produce a score.

Measurement 35%
Tracking coverage, duplicate or missing conversions, consent signals, how results are attributed.
Creative 25%
Number of live concepts, fatigue, formats per placement, how recently anything new was tested.
Targeting 20%
Audience overlap, wasted spend, search terms, exclusions, geography against where you actually sell.
Pacing 20%
Spend through the month and week, budgets that cap out early, edits that reset learning.
Three layers

One number, one honest gap, one list.

Foundations

The four dimensions above, graded from read-only access to your accounts and your public site. This is the number.

Later — needs peers

Outcomes

How your efficiency compares with similar businesses. It is only honest once enough accounts are connected to compare against, so it does not exist yet and we will say when it does.

Every finding, ranked by how much it matters. It is a list, not a second number, and each item can be done by you, drafted by an agent, or handed to Troy.

Why an independent score

The platforms already score you. On their terms.

Their scores reward taking their advice. That is useful to know, and it is not the same as your marketing being in good shape.

The rules

What the score will never do.

  • Every point comes with the evidence behind it. No evidence, no deduction.
  • A fix you dismiss with a reason stops costing you points. You know things about your business that an audit does not.
  • It grades the state of your marketing. It does not predict results, and it will never say it does.
  • The do-it-yourself instructions are complete and free. The diagnosis is never a paywall for the cure.
  • The formula is versioned. When it changes, the change and the reason are published here.

Read-only. We ask to be added as a viewer on the accounts you want included, and we look at your public site. We change nothing, and you can remove the access the same day.
