What is live, and what is next.
Troy is early, and this is the whole of it. Four things you can use or buy today, everything else in the order it will be built, and a list of what is deliberately not being built at all. The order is the promise. There are no dates on this page.
Read, then draft, then act under a cap.
Troy ships in the order the ad platforms grant access. Reading an account is the lowest permission anywhere, so it comes first. Drafting — work that lands paused or as a draft — comes next. Acting on live budgets, under a hard cap, comes last. A stage that is not ready does not ship because a date arrived.
Filtering dims what it does not match. Nothing is ever hidden: a roadmap that hides its own rows is a sales page.

What exists today
Four things are real: you can use them, buy them, or read them. Everything below this point does not exist yet, and the page says so on every row.
What it isYour measurement, creative, targeting and pacing, graded against a published rubric across the channels you connect. Every deduction carries the evidence behind it, and the ranked list of fixes is yours whether or not you ever hire Troy.
What it depends onRead-only viewer access to the accounts you want included, and a strategist to prepare it by hand. Nothing in your accounts is changed to produce a score.
What it isA single piece of work aimed at the findings in your score, at $3,900 once. Half is credited against month one of a retainer signed within 30 days, so the sprint is not a toll on the way to the retainer.
What it depends onA score first. Without one the sprint would be a guess with an invoice attached.
What it isCore is $4,000 a month and Scale is $8,500 a month. A named strategist plans, builds and reports, using the internal tools that the platform is being extracted from. This is the only way to have Troy do the work today.
What it depends onNothing but a signed engagement and access to the accounts.
What it isThe full price table, including the tiers that cannot be bought yet, each carrying the word for what it actually is. No demo gate, no percentage of your media spend, no hourly billing, and Troy never holds your media money.
What it depends onNothing. It is a decision rather than a feature, and it is already made.
In development
The read stage, and the queue that makes drafting safe. These are being built now. None of them can be bought, and none of them has a date.
What it isThe lowest permission tier on each platform: enough to score an account and report on it, and not enough to change anything in it. Klaviyo follows the first three rather than arriving with them.
What it depends onPlatform access reviews, which are granted on each platform’s terms and on nobody’s schedule. This is exactly why the page gives an order and not a month.
What it isThe score read from the connections instead of by hand, with its formula and version number published so it can be argued with. A strategist still reads every score before you do.
What it depends onThe read-only connections above. A score is only as good as the data it is allowed to see.
What it isA weekly read of what happened and what it cost, where each number can be pointed back at the response it came from. A figure Troy cannot source does not get printed.
What it depends onThe connections, and the rule that no number appears in a report unless an API returned it.
What it isEvery write lands paused or as a draft object. Each tool carries a policy of auto-approve, always ask, or ask above a threshold. Spend caps are hard, the change log is permanent, and an approval can wait for days without losing its place.
What it depends onTroy building it. Only Meta supplies a queue of its own; on Google and TikTok it is Troy’s job, which is why it is a stage and not a setting.
Once the queue is proven
Acting on live spend under a cap, a place for clients to watch it happen, and the first agents in the hands of people outside Troy.
What it isThe act stage. An agent proposes a budget or bid change, you approve it with one click, it happens under a cap you set, and the change log lets you put it back.
What it depends onThe approval queue, the change log and the caps working first. Acting on live spend is the last permission Troy asks for, not the first.
What it isThe same weekly report and the same queue, in a view a client can open, instead of arriving as attachments from a strategist.
What it depends onThe weekly report and the queue. There is nothing worth publishing a view of until the work is in one system.
What it isThe agents tier in the hands of people outside Troy, by invitation. From $299 a month per workspace with unlimited seats — indicative, because agent costs are not measured yet. Invite-only from 2027.
What it depends onEnough approved agent runs to know the drafts are good, and the queue standing in front of every one of them.
Open to everyone
The parts that need volume before they are honest: general availability, self-serve, and a comparison against businesses like yours.
What it isGeneral availability for the agents tier, with the price settled rather than indicative.
What it depends onThe invite-only period, and the cost of an agent run measured on real runs instead of estimated.
What it isTroy’s workspace and score, run by you, at $99 a month per workspace or $79 billed annually. There is a waitlist today and nothing to sign in to.
What it depends onSelf-serve signup and billing, which are deliberately not in the first version. Until they exist, the waitlist is the honest answer.
What it isTroy listed in Shopify’s app store, so connecting a store is a few clicks rather than a custom app built by hand.
What it depends onThe Shopify connection working for clients first, and Shopify’s own review of the listing.
What it isThe second of the Score’s three layers, and the only one that cannot be computed from your own accounts alone. Comparisons use aggregate metrics, never another customer’s account.
What it depends onEnough connected accounts to make the comparison honest, and separate consent from the businesses in it. Until then the layer does not exist and the Score page says so.
What Troy is not building, and why.
This is not a backlog waiting for time. Each one is left out on purpose, for the same reason the rest of the page is in the order it is.

Unattended spend changes, of any size
Nothing reaches an audience or spends money without a named person approving it. That rule has no later date on it.

Writes to TikTok
Reading comes first on every platform. A write path to TikTok waits until the queue has been proven on Meta and Google.

Attribution modelling, or any claim the Score predicts results
The Score grades the state of your marketing. Predicting what it will earn you is a different product, and a claim Troy could not evidence.
- Not yet
Troy’s own AI models
Troy buys models and spends its effort on the judgement around them, which is the part that is actually hard.

A CRM, an email-sending service or a social calendar
Troy connects to the tools you already pay for. Replacing them is a second company, not a feature.

Handling your media money
You pay the ad platforms directly. Troy never holds a media budget, so there is nothing to mark up.
It moves when something ships. Not on a date.
A roadmap is only worth reading if you know the rules it is edited under. These are Troy’s.
- 01
An item moves when it works
A row becomes Live in the week a customer can actually use it, not in the week it was hoped for.
- 02
Nothing here carries a date
Order is a promise Troy can keep. A calendar depends on access reviews that belong to Meta, Google, Shopify and Klaviyo, so this page gives you the sequence and the reasons instead.
- 03
Dropped things come off, with the reason
If something leaves this page, the line saying why goes on in its place. Quietly deleting a promise is how a roadmap turns into marketing.
- 04
Four words, and no fifth
Live, In development, Planned, Not yet. Every row carries one of them in writing, and none of them is carried by a colour alone.
When the first item moves, this section will say what moved and what it means. Until then there is nothing to report, and an invented history would be the first dishonest thing on the site.
